You can enter the campus wherever you want, but to reach BRUCC it would be the easiest way if you take access numbers 11, 12 or 13 (see map).
Entrance 13: Once you have entered the campus from entrance 13, please turn left at the first street. You’ll pass BRUCC.
Entrance 11: From this entrance, immediately follow the road right, and you’ll pass BRUCC.

How to reach the campus
Individual sessions/ family sessions/ couples sessions:
Every session costs 60€ and lasts 60 minutes.
For psychological assessment we also work with 60€ for every hour spent on this (testing, scoring and interpreting, writing a report). There is a limit of 450€ per client.
Group sessions: This varies. Please have a look at Services.
For VUB and UZ Jette staff the health insurance Van Breda covers all costs (up to 250€/calendar year) that aren’t covered by your regular health insurance. Please have a look at intranet for more information, under Directie Personeel > Voordelen > Verzekeringen > Hospitalisatieverzekering.
We gather information if you contact us (contact form, e-mail, phone). This information is only for internal use of the counselors and researchers at BRUCC.
The information we gather about our clients:
Date of birth
Your counselor and dates of sessions
Short description of expectation or request (as written on the contact form)
The information we gather is used for referrals, statistics for BRUCC, and to find a client in case a counselor quits working at BRUCC.
You can ask to get this information deleted by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.

How do I pay?
This depends on the counselor. In BRUCC we work with internal VUB staff and independent counselors.
If your counselor is staff from VUB, you will receive an invoice on your home address once every two or three months.
If your counselor is an independent counselor, you can pay cash or by banc transfer.
What can I expect and how does it work?
Step 1: Application
Once you have filled out the contact form, this will be discussed at the first coming team meeting (this can take a week), where we’ll decide who will contact you for an intake session. The counselor will contact you by e-mail with a concrete proposal.
Step 2: Intake
The goal of the intake session is to get to know you and your request. This information will again be discussed at the next team meeting, and then we’ll decide if we can take up this question and/or who will take up the counselling. You will be contacted with a concrete proposal, which can be a specific date or a referral to a more specialized center.
