Surfing your emotions
This group training focuses on expressing emotions differently and/or better. With this training, we hope to support you in finding the right balance in emotions. This means being able to deal with emotions in a safe way so that they do not cause us so many problems in daily life.
Psychological challenges for PhD students and postdocs (Doctoral schools)
in the VUB psychological wellbeing survey several VUB PhD candidates indicated that they perceive a lot of mental stress due to their work and show heightened risk for psychological distress. Therefore, the VUB doctoral schools developed together with BRUCC a special program targeting psychological challenges for VUB PhD candidates.
Living with ADHD
You are older than 16 y.o. and you have (suspicion) of AD(H)D. You experience some difficulties in your studies, at work, with the relationships, in your free time. You would like to get a better understanding of AD(H)D and what it entails for you as an adult. If such is the case, than this group training is for you.

This 5 week training, online or face to face, will combine mindfulness techniques with state-of-the-art insights into stress mechanisms, coping with rumination, negative feelings and somatic complaints.
