Mindfulness is a comprehensive training program that teaches you new skills to deal with challenges more resiliently. The course of 8 sessions offers you a solid foundation. In addition, continuing to practice is essential to integrate this approach into your daily life to get the most benefits.
To support and inspire this, we offer follow-up sessions for people who have already completed the basic training of 8 sessions. The sessions are based on the principles of MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and contain various Mindfulness & Meditation exercises. This way you can continue to practice under the guidance of our recognized trainers and further specialize your skills.
